Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓式炸雞翼

the sauce is very good 
twice fried the wings to keep them crunchy, coated with potato starch

Korean chicken wing sauce
8 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp sriracha or Korean chilli paste (add more if like spicy)
3 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
2 tbsp sugar (or more if prefer sweet)
1  tbsp honey (to mellow out the sweetness)
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp chopped spring onion
2 tbsp sesame seeds

mix n cook the above (except the spring onion and sesame seeds) for above 5 minutes till thick. 
pour over the chicken and mixed.
garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.

    1. 係呀,炸完用個大盆撈混佢,可以用disposable gloves 容易好多,然後放上碟,加蔥與芝麻.
