Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 鲮鱼餅

 
lightly fry into patties and freeze, thaw in fridge overnight and fry till golden before serving.



add white pepper, Chinese sausages and spring onions (parsley if you like) , adjust taste 
stir and shape into patties before pan fried 
fry in low fire till just cooked and not browned
 
 


在新加坡係無鲮鱼賣㗎,所以一有機會就要親友從香港来新加坡时带给我们. 

我一收到就會立刻加香港臘肠,葱和胡椒粉,煎成鱼饼放冰箱冷藏慢慢食,珍惜.

    1. 無架, 最好嘅方法係買回酒店凍結,咁一啲味都冇同一樣新鮮。
