Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 牛油果南瓜雞蛋沙律

真係值得大大推介,係我妹妹教我㗎,不同係我用蒸左嘅南瓜,佢用canned ganbanzo beans (chick peas) ,真係又好味又健康!

Avocado pumpkin egg salad

6 Hard Boiled Eggs
4 Avocados
1 steamed pumpkin , cubed
2 cucumber
1 bunch Parsley
3 stalks Green Onions
1 Lime/Lemon - juiced
Salt
Pepper

Diced everything and toss, adjust taste w salt at the end
