Avocado pumpkin egg salad
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
4 Avocados
1 steamed pumpkin , cubed
2 cucumber
1 bunch Parsley
3 stalks Green Onions
1 Lime/Lemon - juiced
Salt
Pepper
Diced everything and toss, adjust taste w salt at the end
