Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 日式糖心蛋

 
a little bit overcooked
 
poke a hole at both end of egg, use medium fire and boil for 7 min ; put into iced water right afterwards


1 part mirin: 1 part sake: 2 parts bonito based soy sauce

put shelled eggs into the solution

keep overnight before consumption

easiest is kept in plastic bag

bon appetite
