個名好像好外國,實際上咪係蜆蒜容意大利麵 !

Angel Hair Alle Vongole

500g  Angel Hair, cooked till al dente

1kg  clams
3 cloves  garlic, minced
5 tbsp.    olive oil
3 tbsp.    white wine
1 tbsp.    black pepper
1  tbsp.    salt
dash of   cayenne

Method:

1.  Boil angel hair till al dente and keep warm
2.  In a pan, put in olive oil and minced garlic
3.  put in clam and cook for 2 min
4.  add in white wine and seasoning, it should be soupy
5.  add in cooked angel hair and adjust taste
6.  add in dill, cayenne and parsley for presentation
