酸酸甜甜少少辣
娘惹菠蘿雞
最多工夫係啲香料
toast the shrimp paste
grind all the spices
till fine
use lots of oil to fry
will take a while
the color of the spices will change to darker red
done when it's aromatic and oil comes back out
add in coconut milk
adjust thickness w water
till boil
add pineapple chunks
cook for 15 minutes
add chicken or seafood or shrimp
add tamarind for sourness
add kaffir lime leaves at the end for the fragrance

娘惹菜係馬拉同中國菜嘅組合菜,文化交流嘅一種,我自己就對這些菜式不大有興趣,但係因為剛剛去完馬六甲同檳城,食過正宗嘅,朋友們叫我食清楚啲味道,回來複製喎,咁冇辦法,都係要回來試下煮。
