蒜容蒸排骨粉絲


season the 粉絲 with some fish sauce or salt n sesame oil


steam for at least half hour and check after 15 min n turn over the meat.  For the last 5 min, you might want to open up the lotus leaf and steam the meat to ascertain the pork is fully cooked.
