Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

 
season with black pepper, garlic powder, salt 
add breadcrumbs and 2 eggs 
mix for 5 minutes 
make into balls 
fry in oil 
don't turn till cooked on one side  
tomatoes, celery, onion, bay leaves
adjust taste with black pepper, Italian spices (oregano, thyme), salt, and thicken with tomato paste 
put in meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes, best if served next day
