Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓國牛肋骨 Galbijjim

cook in the sauce for 1.5 hours first
puree 2 onion, 2 pears, 5 garlic, 2 in ginger knob, put into pot, add brown sugar and soy sauce and boil, can add one cup of water if there isn't enough sauce to cook the ribs (can double the portion of sauce if you like it soupy)

then add vegetables and cook till done, adjust taste with black pepper, salt and sugar at the end.
 
 
I just love beef shortribs , especially the Korean types , Galbijjim anyone?!

    1. I got it at the Tekka market and asked them to chop for me to this size. You can try Mmmm, they have it too.
