懶人煮法, 最重要係好味 (自完其說),哈哈哈!
醉雞翼
雞中翼 1 kg
薑 3 片
杞子 3 tbsp
玉竹 一把
绍興酒 1 杯
玫瑰露 適量
1。用沙薑粉,䀋,糖,醤青把雞翼醃半天
2。用可刚蓋到雞翼的水煮滚,放入薑,𣏌子和玉竹煮半小时。
3. 加入雞翼和醃料煮七分钟至熟。
4。放凉
5. 用另一个玻璃容器放入雞翼
6. 把酒放入凉了的汁中,试味 (太多酒會苦)。
7. 倒入雞翼中(加雞湯到蓋過啲雞) , 放冰柜而少两天。
