Today was supposed to be another day of Disneyland then dinner at Uncle Albert's house. But change of plan suddenly because we needed to do more shopping before our trip ends on Monday.
We had breakfast at home and I made my new found favorite - breakfast tortilla; this time I used ox tongue, scramble eggs and onion as filling; creative huh? Sure tasted good and great start for our day of shopping !
