






Today is the day for me to cook Hainanese chicken dinner for everyone! On Monday I made the curry at home and brought it over to Aunty Eva's to do the finishing touch. My menu was : Hainanese chicken with ginger & onion sauce, Beef Tripe curry, Steamed Tofu with shrimp, Braised Fried Tofu and Choi Sum veggie.
We ended the dinner with snowskin mooncakes (Aunty Eva made them like a pro after I showed her once or twice only), lemon bars and oatmeal cookies which are the products of my baking lessons from Amy.
