Mommy Dearest 廚房 ---麻辣豬耳涼拌

finger lickin' great





boil for 8 min, and soak in ice water for 10 min, cut thin strips 
chilli oil , garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil 

mix well

add more garlic and parsley before serving

Voila

    1. these are the crunchy type, so 8 minutes is till cooked, then ice water to keep it crunchy. Really good. And when you slice them this thin, it's EXCELLENT, hahaha.
