Mommy Dearest 厨房 -- 地中海烤雞

baked 220 degrees for 25min, turn meat over and bake 10 min till done


spices in the bowl are cumin, oregano, garlic, paprika, kosher salt, rosemary, olive oil

besides vegetables you can add in chickpeas, but I didn't.  

add in bread cubes before baking (any rustic bread)


moist











真係好喜歡這一道菜,色彩繽紛,未食都開心爆棚,味道一流,有下次。
