Mommy Dearest 厨房 - 菜肉上海雲吞

I love these




freeze till hard
repack to make sure they don't stick together
make sure put plastic sheets in between layers
can cook directly from freezer to boiling water, DO NOT thaw.
if stored properly, can freeze for up to 3 months


豬年之前做左好多可以結冰嘅菜餚,菜肉上海雲吞係一個好好嘅選擇,當然最重要係我在香港買左兩斤皮回來啦。

    1. 我在香港買兩斤皮回來,一次包完放冰箱freezer慢慢食,保存好可以存幾個月。
