Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 糖衣胡桃

packed for CNY
 

sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg white 
beat egg white till frothy but not stiff 
mix 

bake in thin layer at 120 degrees for 40 mins till crispy but not too brown  
pack when they are completely cooled

新年快到,就用它來做Daddy Dearest 鍾意食嘅好味又香脆糖衣胡桃來應節,唔鍾意琥珀胡桃嘅糖漿,所以用這個方法代替, 好食㗎,覺得冇咁甜添,健康健康,哈哈哈!
