Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 榴槤雪糕

durian puree + heavy cream or whipping cream + condensed milk




 as easy as ABC

 

當有太多榴槤又食不完,怎么办呢?榴槤雪糕,呀呀呀!


榴槤雪糕
500 ml Double cream or non sweetened whipping cream 無糖忌亷
100 ml condensed milk錬奶
500 gm durian purée or more 榴莲肉

1. 把double cream 打滑
2. 加錬奶打滑
3. 加榴莲肉,搞好
4. 放入冰箱雪十二小时

** please adjust the sweetness level with the condensed milk because a lot depends on the sweetness and amount of the durian.
Do NOT overbeat the cream , smooth will be enough.
