Mommy Dearest's 廚房 -- 炸蝦餅


prawns + cabbage + carrot + spring onion + parsley + salt + coriander powder + minced garlic + sugar

love the vinegrette sauce


1 kg self raising flour + 2tbsp rice flour
put two or three tbsp. of water first, as veg will bring out water

 fry in big/ medium fire till cooked
