fruit 3:sugar 1: lemon slices to cover surface

from bottom: fruit lemon sugar, 3 layers n end with sugar on top 
look at the juice level after few hours
after half day (can top up with more fruits so not to waste the bottle space, same layers)
after one day (with top up fruit lemon sugar)
 

 

好耐冇做enzyme啦,現在係蓮霧當道,鄰居嘅樹好多果實,唔好浪費,用來做香味十足嘅,幾個小時已經好多汁出來啦,等兩個星期之後收成!
