Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 白酒牛尾

oxtail stew
with tendon and ribs

flour, salt, pepper and cayenne
coat
and brown, batch by batch 
don't forget the potatoes and celery too 
and tomato paste 
add in after browning the beef 
put everything back in , add bay leaves too 
add tomato paste 
top up with beef stock 
cook in low fire 
cook a day ahead and let it soak, add potato later and celery half hour before serving so wont be mushy 
as easy as ABC

 

我也有加牛筋同牛肋骨,因為冇紅酒,所以用左白酒來試,一樣㗎!
