手拍青瓜

choose fresh n young ones 
get rid of sap 
cut out the seeds and peel alternate strips 
cut in half lengthwise and bruise it 
just enough to retain the shape 
cut into bite size 
put all in a bowl 
these are the rest of the ingredients 
add salt to the cucumber n rest for 10 min in fridge
garlic is more important 
use good sesame oil
get rid of the water from cucumber 
put in the sauce 
toss and put in fridge for 2 hours minimum 
take out and adjust taste before serving 
at one glance
