Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 鳳梨葉

looks so big
packaging is hard work

 
lazy way of course 
tried out three different sizes , 12gm
use gula melaka,  dark and fiberous 
Greenfield salted butter is nicer, this French butter no good 
took whole day 
not only these 
yes, banana cakes too

 

 


節省的我(dont laugh please) 用做enzyme剩下嘅菠蘿來煮鳳梨酥的料,加上椰糖,所以顏色好深,但係香啲,唔錯。
