撈起係新加坡嘅新年傳統菜餚,代表撈到風山水起,當係用魚,代表年年有餘,我就最鍾意它的菜多多,好像沙律咁甜甜蜜蜜!

    1. Hi Pinky, 個汁要酸同甜來襯啲菜,真係好像沙律咁,自己可以調整鍾意嘅酸同甜味道,多少需要看妳用幾多菜,需要有另外半碗油(我加少少),叫順順利利
      酸梅醬 5tbsp
      糖 2tbsp
      檸檬汁 2tbsp
      鹽 1tsp

      To be authentic lo hei , you use radish, green radish and red carrot, not capsicum n stuff.
