What a great way to start the day，smile for the camera darlings

we had lunch at this HK chef restaurant before visiting Daddy‘s mom

We had a full day programme for Daddy Dearest's birthday, starting with the midnight birthday cake. It continued with an early start in the morning to the famous Chinatown Complex for our favorite fish porridge.

The children planned a zoo trip for daddy, to relive our fond memory of the place where we spent most of our weekends when the kids were young. Our theme was Disney , and we all wore Disney tees and supposed to do all the crazy poses for the pictures just like in Disneyland. Unfortunately it rained, so our photo sessions didn't come to pass, maybe that is fortunate for the people there or the animals, haaa....

After 3 hours in the zoo, we went for a lovely Cantonese lunch and headed to my mother in law's house to visit her.

We also had a surprise bbq dinner for daddy, but I guess he wasn't that surprised anyway... oh well, most importantly, we got to spend lots of good time with the kids and definitely a memorable birthday for the birthday boy!

這蛋糕是特別為我的寶貝們整的，今次Ronnie 說要食朱古力蛋糕（又多一個朱古力怪在家了），所以快些去找貓姐送給我的那本Chocolate Engima 來偷師，終於確定用 nutty chocolate mousse 和 chocolate truffles 來做饀，夠晒肥了!

這蛋糕用了我整兩個小時，還不包括海綿蛋糕，可算是我破紀錄之作，不過如果可以令囡囡開心，二十個鐘頭都無所謂！

如果我話這晚餐好好食，大概你們不會反對，當然如果你們知道是我們三個媽媽的孩子們煮的，就可能猜疑我偏心，但我真的沒有亂講啊，他們有越洋顧問Alice 姨姨全程指導，真是一枝棒的，妳們自己看看評一評！

如Uncledan說，孝心不用日子定位或送貴重禮物，但從孩子們的出力來為媽媽策劃一餐可出酒店餐廳的食譜，這件心意我真的詺記在心，超感動，尤其是看到他們用几天時間plan menu，找食譜，問顧問意見，討教煮法，到買餸，囝囝昨晚半夜先做燉蛋甜品，今天一整個下午分工合作的煮出這十全十美的一餐，唉，我好好好感動，我要對他們說一聲我愛你們，不是因為這一餐，而是終於感受到你們的愛！

多謝你們，Nicky, Britney,Ronnie, Teng Teng, Mun Mun, I LOVE YOU ALL!

From seeing how they planned this dinner, the research, the overseas consultation from Aunty Alice, planning the groceries, check out the cooking method, timing the cooking , n down to presentation of the dishes... I TELL YOU

IT IS PERFECT.. YES IT IS!!!

I am just so touched and happy to see all five of them cooperated and cooked this meal together with joy and laughter, for the purpose of HONOURING THEIR MOTHERS... what more can I say?

Today Nicky turns 21! When he went to California for his graduation cum birthday tour couple of weeks ago, Uncle Albert threw a lovely birthday party for him at the Perch. Really nice easy to think of new dishes to make for every dinner... how does anyone do it with such finesse? Just the thought of Western or Chinese food for tomorrow's dinner already gives me a headache, considering I have to prepare the meat ahead so I can go home and cook dinner on time for my darlings to eat when they get home!!!! Really salute to all the "stay at home" moms and wives for their sacrifices!

主的恩典真的是足夠我用的，還記得不久前网友梁太從美國寄來三個CD吧？當我與我教會的姐妹分享時，她發現這三個CD♪ 就是她前几個月從网上找到，但這兒缺貨的CD了，奇妙吧？突然記得她有説過真可惜買不到，因為supplier不知何時有貨添... 神啊，祢連這些事也在告訴我祢在保守，之後，立刻聽晒所有的歌，好感動啊，神真的真的值著這首歌來安慰我。。。我又要喊了，妳們去听下demo，真是好好好感動啊！

美娘子塔塔點名, 要我接 "幸福點點名", 粉拍謝，這麼久才寫出來，也不要太怪我耶，塔塔夫人太多的優點，我要好好想几星期才從一大堆的優點選出三點啊，粉難耶，哈哈哈！

1. 最近鬱悶的事?
我家佣人回家兩個月，我就要做多名的運動，洗衣，抹地，煮飯一切一切，還有要多多為我家二小姐的A 水准成績多多禱告，好可憐啊！

2. 遇到喜歡的人是默不作聲, 還是勇敢表白?
哇哇，我那麼老了還要默不作聲，要等多久啊，不過我家的老爺好幸福，因為有了我哪，哈哈，吖，好好回答，我會勇敢表白的，時間不多嘛，何苦浪費時間！

3. 說出點我名的人三個優點?
塔塔真是太多優點了...
a. 熱情有愛心，對孩子特別好（做她的女兒會很幸福）
b. 充滿恩賜, 對主忠心，努力事奉
c. 美麗善良，溫柔體貼（大衛你說是嗎？）

4. 最想珍惜的人或事?
我的家庭，朋友，教會的弟兄姐妹，好多好多耶

5. 愛人與被愛那一種幸福?
我覺得被愛是一種幸福!

6. 最想擁有的是什麼?
全家健康，丈夫信主，整家在神眼中是祂的好兒女

7. 我的夢想是什麼?
快樂，好抽象吧，如果我常有神的喜樂，我什麼都有啊，好貪心吧！

8. 和老公吵架多久才會和好?
哈，就要看他懂不懂得做人啊，沒有飯食頗可憐耶，不過大概一天就好了

9. 過去十年你最開心的時刻?
我真的不知道，每次看到我的兒女從憂愁的困境中跑出來，我就很感恩開心，不過全都是苦盡甘來的境況耶！

10. 配偶讓我最欣賞的優點?
謙虛，認真，謹慎, 老實,善良. 很顧家, 很疼他的家人，夠了，不要他驕傲啊

11. 如果時光倒流, 妳會想做那一件事?
跟我嫲嫲說我很愛她，那時很小，不懂得講出來，她就去了

12. 這輩子做過最瘋狂的是什麼事? / 或是將要做什麼特別瘋狂的事?
半夜三更出去走，好像電影的一路走一路好好的哭，好減壓啊

13. 十年後妳要過怎麼樣的生活? 要怎樣實現?
我希望與老公孩子們有很好的關係，現在就要好好經營啊，煮多點，少嚕嚕蘇蘇點，哈哈

14. 如果可以自由選擇, 妳最想要居住在那裡?
祗要愛我的人在那兒，我就可以，不過拜託，要文明地方，有水有電。。。哈哈，其實我從出生到現在，在四個不同國家住過，不能選擇，我才不要想它好不好哩，滿足常樂

15. 你印象最深的國家?
澳門，我童年的回憶，好溫馨

16. 如果可以在無壓力的情況下, 妳想要生幾個孩子?
真心話，不要看聖經的教訓的話，我就會說，0，不要打我啊，我不是好媽媽，不要害人

17. 最不喜歡自己那一點?
太多話，對熟悉的人講話太直接，會傷人心的

18. 最喜歡那裡的美食?
什麼美食我都愛，最好是不會胖的就最好

好多人都覺得我超級幸運，因為我的老公人很好，有耐性，有愛心，做事盡責，對兒女寵愛有加，對我的朋友也超級好，當然最重要是對我很好啦！這一切我都不異議，他的確一枝棒，感謝主給我一個如意郎君，嘩，好似在曬命。。。

以前在香港未聽過盆菜這道菜，記得几年前從香港雜誌看到介紹盆
菜的來由，近兩年在新加坡就有很多酒店在新年有盆菜出品，頗為流行，價錢還不便宜啊。

我朋友几年前給我一張酒家賣盆菜的廣告，好豐富啊！自從那時，我就照板煮出我的盆菜，當中的菜肴就看我的心情或街市的菜了。

星期天邀請奶奶和叔仔一家來吃飯，小叔上兩星期還問起什麼是盆菜，就煮出來給他們看看，我一共用了十八道菜來填滿這個盆，你們數一數夠不夠！

Arrived in Hong Kong as scheduled and met up with my parents and cousin right away. I heard that I brought along the cold air, and it turned out to be the coldest 5 days in Hong Kong, incredible!

Thank God for the nice hotel room, nicer than I expected!

At night, went to meet up with my auntie and had hotpot for dinner, what a feast!

剛剛回到家，今次去香港真是很感恩，本來是為了見回港旅遊的爸媽同見朋友，點知我妹妹也突然要去香港一天，我己三年沒見她了，好開心。另一個驚喜是我沒見了好多年的大舅父同舅父仔也從外國回港一遊，好一個大團圓！如果我是下星期回港的話就miss咗見他們的機會了。。。唉，真是感謝主！

I am back, so did you miss me? Tata is so clever and guessed correctly that I went to Hong Kong for my anniversary! Actually besides that, I went there to meet my parents who were there for a holiday.

BUT surprise of all surprises and of course thank God for it is that my sister had a sudden meeting this side of the world, and went to HK for ONE DAY... yes... wait wait, I also got to meet my two uncles whom I haven't seen for years who hailed from overseas too. So we all had a reunion dinner on Sunday. WHAT A BLESSING!

橫財就手富貴年 Pig's Trotter

這個餸是我家主人和閏中好友們的飛佛，我真是一年才煮三四次來宴客，新年當然走不掉啦，我是用干燒的煮法，所以汁不多，但頗好味！
食譜：
豬手兩隻斬件
上等蠔油三湯匙
上等黑豉油二湯匙
酒三湯匙
冰糖一小塊
薑三大塊
蒜頭三湯匙
辣椒干五隻
花椒，八角，白胡椒適量（1 tsp）

做法：
1。用油爆香薑，蒜頭，加入冰糖，炒到溶同sticky （焦糖）
2。加入其他香料同辣椒干，炒香
3。加入沒有出水的豬手（一定不要出水），炒三分鐘，要手快
4。加入調味品，不停炒，如果太干可加多一些酒
5。炒十分鐘後應會出肉汁，蓋好，慢火煮兩小時，不應太冧，不時要炒一下。

我又要趁熱鬧了，笨B媽媽今年又發“「陳氏宗親會」召集o既「賀年食品群英會 2008」”，請看引用网誌，去年還未認識笨B媽媽，今年就可熱鬧一下。。。

食譜
活蝦一斤
XO酒一杯
黨參一兩
杞子一兩
紅棗六粒
川芎一兩
水三碗
做法：
1。把洗好的活蝦放在有蓋的pot內
2。加入XO酒，蓋好，因蝦會跳出，放入雪柜待用
3。用水煮所有藥材三十分鐘到出味
4。食飯前煮沸藥材湯，煮三分鐘將蝦煮熟，每次大概十隻，不要一次過放入（太多蝦不夠湯，蝦會煮到硬）
5。蝦全熟放在serving bowl內，最後，再加兩湯匙XO入湯里，煮沸，加少量豉油調味，倒在蝦上。
小小心得：
1。如喜歡當歸，可以用來代替川芎
2。不要放鹽入湯，用豉油，好味點
3。因為用活蝦，不用放薑，如果怕有味，可放薑塊煮湯

放工手癢想試新爐新模焗sponge cake，一切妥當。。。直到。。。

慘敗在心急這一環。。。唉，本要倒扣一兩個鐘才可脱模，但我要出街做探訪，又怕囡囡拿相機出去，咁我點影相post啊？

咁咪衰咗囉，唯有快快切件影相，好彩味道就好好，都衰唔曬，這叫跌落地拿番ja沙啊！

When I brought back my new silicon molds from LA, I had high hopes for them TILL I tried to fit them in my oven... MY OVEN TOO SMALL... then my NEW oven arrived in form of a Christmas gift, haaaaaa...... isn't that GREAT?

Nothing to say about this collapsed sponge cake, everything went well till I tried to unmold it. Didn't have the patience to wait, so flop flop flop... never mind, it tasted very nice and even my kids said it doesn't matter after it is cut into pieces. Heeeee..... guess they didn't dare to say anything adverse in case I stop baking their brownies altogether!

這就是我家三小瓜（囝囝，囡囡同契仔Bryan）最中意食的甜品，記得囡囡會考時還特別吩咐要求我整多些，因為可以減壓啊！

我平時多數加合桃或chocolate chips，在聖誕時，為了應節，把star shaped marshmallows 放入brownie ，做了甜到暈的rocky road布朗尼，更意想不到的是契仔話他最中意這個口味，我好象發現新大陸咁開心，今日有新焗爐，立刻安哥整來送給我的darling啦當然！

Rocky Road brownies, anyone game to eat this sweet, calorie laden dessert? My kids (including my darling godson) LUV brownies, and this "Christmas themed" brownie is the latest favorite. Still have to adjust the sweetness as marshmallow is just SO sweet, but then, I don't think they care as they have sweet tooth! Dieters beware!

囡囡做的巧克力曲奇 Babe Dearest's chocolate chip cookies

很急耶，聖誕前夕囡囡才趕制她的聖誕禮物，還好成功，趕到連包裝好的禮物都忘了拍！

It is the Eve of Christmas, of course Babe Dearest is in a rush to get out her Christma presents to all the youth group friends in church. This year, she has decided to make cookies which she has learned from her Aunty Alice, she just changed it to chocolate chips with crushed almond. Very nice and fragrant if i may say so myself!

Ultimate chocolate chip cookies

.75 cup butter flavor Crisco Shortening
1.25 cups light brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1.75 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
.75 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped almond

1. heat oven to 375 degree F
2. combine crisco, brown sugar, egg in large bowl, beat and add in milk and vanilla
3. combine flour with baking soda and salt
4. sift into the creamed mixture till just blended, stir in chocolate chips and almond bits
5. drop rounded tbsp of dough 3 inches apart, bake in 375 F for 10 min for chewy cookies, longer if want crispy cookies
6. cool on cookie rack

Cooked these two dishes last night, the special thing about the chicken dish is the dried chilli. They are Mexican dried chilli, Chile Guajillo, bought in Mexican market in LA. Very fragrant and works real well for this dish!

Besides the two green chillies, there are lots of flowers on the Japanese pumpkin and tomato plants, but not fruiting yet. Hopefully they will bear fruit soon. Stay tuned!

After 17 long hours of flight, we have finally arrived home safely. Thank God that we got on the non stop flight as we were only on standby. This is a deluxe flight with bigger seats and hve a pantry at the back. We sure enjoyed it besides we can come back one day earlier to prepare for Sonny's exams and get rested before going back to work.

I will still have more travelogue from my US trip for the rest of the month, so do go to my Yahoo blog to check it out!

收成啦，美不美啊？雖然不是白苦瓜，都是自己（老公）日盼夜盼的收穫，還是美美的橙黃色苦瓜，好奇怪耶，昨晚已煮來食，你看，不過是用青色的來煮，好爽口但好苦啊！

As you can tell, these are NOT white bittergourd that the online seller claim them to be.... hmmm... US$25 for a packet of the green bittergourd is almost a scandal. Oh well, at least it really gave hubby a lot of pleasure and satisfaction in seeing them grow and now harvested!

終於是我生日的正日了！多謝媽咪爹哋咁辛苦的生我，養大我，雖然已嫁到几萬里外，到依家都繼續關心我！

前晚老公預先與我過二人世界，我選擇去Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel 的 Beads Thai Restaurant食泰國餐來慶祝，因為我去過一次，食物水准很高，服務又週到，連本來要帶我去Raffles Hotel 食中餐的老公也不可complain 了！

Yesterday was my birthday as the whole world probably knows by now. I have to forewarn you though, there will be lots of upcoming posts about all the celebration dinners and meals that I have had and will continue to have. Thanks to all my darling friends who remember my occasion, I am just so blessed with all the good food and friendship and bask in their love!

Today is another cutie pie's birthday, what a GREAT PERFECT day for one's birthday. SO HAPPEN TO BE MINE TOO, haaa!

But this post is dedicated to my little angel darling HANNAH, who really shares the same birthday with me; of course MUCH younger. One of the nicest things she has ever said to this vain aunty is that her FAVORITEST cake is my amateur Yakult cake which hailed from my humble beginning of baking journey. Her loyalty and faithfulness to this cake really touches my heart. So, guess what I made for her birthday this year??? If you use ALL your imagination, you actually can see her name and the number 7 on the cake, but I guess I under estimated the size of those lovely marshmallow flowers, heee!

Sunday是我的教會，聖經傳道會，九週年紀念！過去的八年，一次又一次的得到神的帶領，當中屬靈的功課是何等的充滿挑戰，但感謝主，給我們一班愛主的弟兄姐姐妹，為神事奉，求主繼續帶領我們的教會，令每個人都更愛主，向著祂的國度邁進！

Yesterday was my church's 9th anniversary! What a blessing it has been to see God's Provision upon the church. The choir sang one English hymn and one Hokkien hymn in honour of the occasion; and everyone was very touched by the Hokkien song, the lyrics is above in Chinese. Really nice!

二十三年前的十一月二日，Daddy Dearest 同我在星加坡註冊結婚，華人的擺酒就在一月二十七號。我們通常是慶祝一月那個結婚週年，但從去年起，老公好體貼的送花，話開心的日子應常常慶祝和紀念，也是感恩的一個好方法。。。

對啊！無限的感謝老公對我的體貼，雖然任性的我常無理取鬧，不可理喻，但理智的Daddy Dearest 一定默默無言的任我吵鬧和追打，我好感激他讓我拿他來做出氣筒，我會慢慢的收斂，給我多三十年吧！

這是上星期五老公的20 years Long Service Award Dinner 時，學的其中一道菜，整個晚餐是Fusion Cuisine，所以擺設好出色，名稱都好長好靚，但一句話曬就是煎雪魚，然後用菜來整色整水囉!

老公講我整的同那晚的好似，味道就更好添，哈哈哈哈，信唔信到十足都不重要，開心就好，至少孩子們都好中意食！

Last Friday went to Daddy Dearest's 20 years long service award dinner; after all the nice flowery speeches n a nice fusion 6 courses dinner; I show you now what I learned. Yup, I copied it, and hubby says it tastes better than the one we had at the dinner!

這是泰式炸雞翅，啊，有一點不同之處是在於是這用火炭爐來炸的，味道不一樣，好奇怪，調味全部一樣，我猜是炭火熱力夠，所以香很多，信不信由你，試一下啦！

日式炸猪排飯 Tonkatsu Don

真的想念Tonkatsu，從小就很喜歡吃吉列的食物、香口嘛。。。。長大了都一樣，但為人媽媽要做個好榜樣，食每餐飯营養要平衡，有蛋白質，蔬菜同一點點carbo啦，這一餐都不錯，合格耶，哈哈哈哈！少了個味噌湯，粉懶又趕著開飯啊！

Have always loved various meat cooked cutlet style，all the crispy bread crumbs and whatnot。 Only if I add in a miso soup， this meal would have been balanced diet， but then again， it does have vege，protein and carbo。。。 oh yes， the missing fruits！

不知香港或美國有沒有吃雞酒呢？，不過我想嗒媽一定很厲害這道菜，這是婦女們用來補身的，其中之巧妙是在那自製的米酒上，這樽米酒是好友Ai Choo 的媽媽自製的，要整個月才浸好的，好香好純，有錢都買不到啊！

雞酒煮法容易，用麻油爆香薑絲，放下切好的雞塊，炒到半熟，加半碗米酒，加醬油同胡椒粉，試味，關火前再加小小XO酒，立刻關火，上碟即可!

The most important part of this tonic dish is the homemade wine, now don't ask me how to make this wine because I only have theory and no practical. This bottle of wine I treasure was given to me by my good friend Ai Choo's mom, better than any XO!

今次無去海邊，就在我家的魚池旁搞掂，個Weber真是好用。

花園一角之白苦瓜 White Bittergourd

45台幣一杯，加好多蜜糖才可飲下

記得一年多前，公司的同事突然間對保健特別有興趣，當中有人介紹飲“五綠”蔬果汁，其實香港已流行很久，但我自己就未有這閑情朝朝去搾汁。

五樣蔬果其中之一是白苦瓜，嘩，苦瓜就識，白苦瓜就考起了，我們當中的好同事就去internet找看是什麼東東來的，原來台灣盛產，咁無可能每星期DHL來吧？死不言敗的Jean就從internet一間在加州的店訂購了一包白苦瓜的種子，當她開心的把寄到的種子送給我時（是因為她要我種），我問她價錢時，我差點暈倒，美金二十八蚊啊，一包仔有二十粒咋，打死人咁贵，有冇搞錯？當然教訓了不懂精打細算的小女孩一番啦。

話說是年多前的事，亦可知我把那包種子打入冷宮，到今年五月去台灣旅行時，每個果汁攤都見到有蜜糖白苦瓜汁，我在西門町就飲了生平第一杯的白苦瓜汁，老闆娘還數說它美白，清毒，養顔的功效。

上個月，因為細娜姐寄來的日本種子，加上笨B媽媽，小胡子，愛蓮對園藝的興趣，又引起我鞭策Daddy Dearest 種植的興趣了。。。哈哈哈哈

看一下昨晚Daddy Dearest 飯後巡視花園的新發現。。。竟然開始結果子了，看看我前兩日拍的花，好靚的小黄花啊，咁大個女第一次見咋，好開心啊，但有冇發覺它不是白色的，唔係被騙吧？明明寫白苦瓜o架.....

Look what I got in my garden, fresh and new discovery last night by Daddy Dearest.... YEAH....

The seeds of these white bittergourd don't come cheap, my colleague ordered them online in US and paid a hefty US28+ for a bag of 20 seeds. Incredible if you ask me, but for us who have never SEEN any white bittergourd till we went to Taiwan in May, call it school fee.

White Bittergourd is supposed to be very good for skin and for whitening purpose; it is one of the ingredients in the 5 greens drink that was so popular at one time in Singapore, of course again for health purpose. If you look at the little bittergourds in the picture, hmmm, why are they green?????

泰國茄子肉燥豆腐 Ma Kong Tofu

本來泰國茄子是用來煮綠咖喱，但怕家人熱氣，就試下這道自創的餸，同煮麻婆豆腐一樣，不過無放辣椒，都不錯啊！

Just to play with the name, this tofu dish is a non spicy version of the Ma Po tofu and I added the little brinjal we harvested from our garden. Simple and easy!

久違的晚餐 Nonya Fish

上星期忙著油漆，成個星期都無煮飯，食出面的野食到囡囡大叫受不了，唔好講佢，我咁中意週街食的人都有點怕怕。

昨晚煮了這碟非正宗的娘惹魚（Nonya），娘惹菜是一種地道的菜式，中合馬來同中國的文化，自成一格。

不過我煮的是加入自己中意的味道，但靈感始於娘惹咋！

魚先煎熟，上面的醬料就像甜酸醬，加小小咖喱粉，黄薑粉，洋蔥，蕃茄，上面的葉是自種的叻沙葉，可有可無，如喜歡，可放香茅入去煮添。如果要魚入味點，可把煎熟的魚回鍋，入多一下味，一樣可以。

Have been so busy the whole of last week painting, didn't even cooked dinner at home at all. If you have whole week of outside food, you will be sick of it too. So, went back to our dinner routine last night, and this Nonya Fish is one of the dishes we had.

每年生日，小孩們都收到不少的禮物，兒時的玩具到少年時的書本，到現在大了，就是個人喜愛的東西，真的真的幸福，不是因為禮物，而是它們包含的心意和心思。

我常教我孩子們，千里送鵝毛，物輕情意重，每一份情意都要珍惜，要感恩，世上沒有理所當然的事，人與人之間的友誼，感情，愛情，親情都是要好好經營培養，不然當你失去時才後悔就太遲了！唯一一種無條件的愛，就是神的愛，或者你們當中有覺得我不可理喻，但這是我個人的感受，每一次我跌倒，祂扶起我，我失落，神鼓勵我，我犯錯，祂原諒我。神給我們每一個人一份禮物，就是救恩，“神愛世人、甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們、叫一切信他的、不至滅亡、反得永生。”約翰福音三章十六節。所以我最安慰是囡囡已經在几年前接受這份永恆的禮物，我知道，不論她在那裏，她的天父會照顧她的，好安慰啊！

嘩，一大堆話就為了禮物，好離題，大餐是契媽Ling Foon 請的，好美味!

It is not the number of gifts Babe received that I call her blessed. It is the fact that her aunties and friends and so many other people remember her birthday that I call her blessed. We must take anything for granted, as I always teach my children. Every person that God puts across a path is for a purpose, we ought to try to be a blessing to other people; just as others are blessings to us.

Babe has received many gifts and all of them are just lovely. Of course Godma Ling Foon brought all of us to a birthday bash that hmmmm will take one week to burn off all the calories. We won't dwell on that as we really enjoy every morsel of that delicious buffet dinner. Many thanks to Aunty Ai Choo's lovely crystal jewelleries all handcrafted by her talented hands; and what lovely creation! You guys go and see for yourself what else she got!

十八姑娘一朵花 Happy 18th Birthday to Babe Dearest

十八年前的早上，是早到還未天光的五點鐘呀，為什麼我記得？因為是預約醫生去醫院準備生囡囡，他衹有這麼早才有空耶！

因為是生第二胎，而且連麻醉師醫生同醫院都用同生囝囝時一樣，所以最怕醫院的我都不會太緊張，。。。經過漫長的九個小時後，囡囡出世了！

韓國牛肉凉麵 Korean Cold Beef noodle

好普通同容易的一餐，用韓國豆醬爆香洋蔥，放入牛柳條，加調味，打獻。放在冷麵條上，再加上青瓜同紅蘿蔔絲，洒上炒香的芝麻，搞掂！

One of the simplest Korean dish I enjoy eating... just use sirloin strips stir fried with Korean Miso paste, pour over cold noodle; topped with all types of shredded vegetables, lovely meal and healthy too!
